The examination tables adjustable with manual height adjustment are price-conscious product and particularly recommended for users who want an examination table that only needs to be adjusted in height from time to time or that should operate independently of a power supply.

The gear is operated by a hand crank, located at the foot end below the upholstered frame. After use, the hand crank is simply pushed back under the tabletop frame.

The hand crank height adjustable examination tables from AGA Sanitätsartikel are also available with a negative (below horizontal) adjustable headrest. The so-called head-down position is favored for sonographic evaluations of the soft parts of the neck, for example the thyroid gland.

Like the examination tables with the positively (upward) adjustable headrest, the models with the head-down position are available in three frame finishes (lacquered, chrome-plated and stainless steel) as well as two widths (650 mm and 800 mm).

Features

In terms of upholstery, structure, dimensions and drilling pattern, the examination tables with headrest are the basic models of all our table series with positively and negatively adjustable headrest.

  • In order to avoid rocking and swinging movements of the tabletop, these hand-crank height-adjustable examination tables are manufactured with precision double square guides. As a result, the height adjustment takes place without lateral offset.
  • The optimal transmission ratio (i=10mm/rev) of the maintenance-free gear ensures a jerk-free, fast and easy operation without great effort during adjustment, of course also with heavy patients (up to 200 kg).
  • The examination tables with manual height adjustment are available in two widths:
    • Width 650 mm, Article No.: H-SU 1065/H, H-SU 2065/H and H-SU 3065/H,
    • Width 800 mm, Article No.: H-SU 1080/H, H-SU 2080/H and H-SU 3080/H.
  • The stability and robustness is achieved by the gusset plates in the frame corners.
  • The height adjustment mechanism is made of lacquered blank steel.
  • The profiles of the upholstered frame are made of:
    • Lacquered blank steel, Article No.: H-SU 1065/H and H-SU 1080/H,
    • Chrome-plated blank steel, Article No.: H-SU 2065/H and H-SU 2080/H,
    • Stainless steel, Article No.: H-SU 3065/H and H-SU 3080/H.
  • The two upholstery segments (headrest and main surface) each have a thickness of 64 mm.
  • The crossbars of the flat foot construction, chrome-plated and equipped with levelling feet, are more resistant to external influences (e.g. vacuum cleaner knocks, etc.) than a plastic-coated version.
  • The headrest can be adjusted continuously up to +/- 30° and locked in place by a handle with a clamping rod mechanism.

In the above tables, the term 'frame' only refers to the upholstered tabletop frame. The height adjustment mechanism is only available in lacquered finish and the crossbars (with levelling feet) in chrome-plated finish.

 

The standard version includes:
  • Levelling feet on the chrome-plated crossbars.

We offer the coloured lacquer coating of the frames as standard in the following three shades (see frame colour selection card):

  • light grey (RAL 7035)
  • white aluminum (RAL 9006)
  • pure white (RAL 9010).

The high quality finish has a glossy look. It is disinfectant resistant and easy to clean.

Other colours are of course also available. Please let us know the desired RAL colour so that we can find out the corresponding additional costs. Please note, however, that these products are then considered type variants with no right of return. 

The artificial leather covers we use are characterized by their tear resistance, durability, longevity and their good cleaning properties as well as their resistance to disinfectants.

We use a (colour) selection from the synthetic leather covers VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon). The colour selection card can be found here.

In addition, we offer you the service of manufacturing the upholstery in other colours or from other synthetic leather manufacturers (type variant). After prior agreement, please send us the relevant references.

The black electrically conductive synthetic leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is available at an additional cost. It is already included in the price of the operating tables and multifunction tables.
