Examination tables with 2-piece tabletop and head-down position

Examination tables with a tabletop in 2 sections from AGA Sanitätsartikel are also available with a headrest that can be adjusted below the horizontal (negative). The so-called head-down position is preferred for sonographic assessments of the soft parts of the neck, such as the thyroid gland.

Like the examination tables with the upward (positive) adjustable headrest, the models with the head-down position are also available in three frame finishes (lacquered, chrome-plated and stainless steel) and two widths (650 mm and 800 mm).

To better accomodate the various body sizes of the users and the different possible applications, the examination tables with head-down position are available at no extra charge in four heights (650 mm, 700 mm, 750 mm and 800 mm). If no table height is specified when placing the order, the examination tables with head-down position will be delivered with a standard height of 650 mm.

Features

  • The examination tables with head-down position are the basic models of all our tables series with positively and negatively adjustable headrest in terms of upholstery segments, structure, dimensions and drilling pattern.
  • They are available in two widths:
    • Width 650 mm, Article No.: SU-1065, SU-2065 and SU-3065,
    • Width 800 mm, Article No.: SU-1080, SU-2080 and SU-3080.
  • Stability and robustness are achieved by the gusset plates in the frame corners and the cross bracing between the table legs.
  • The tubular steel frames are made of:
    • Lacquered blank steel, Article No.: SU-1065 and SU-1080,
    • Chrome-plated blank steel, Article No.: SU-2065 and SU-2080,
    • Stainless steel, Article No.: SU-3065 and SU-3080.
  • The table legs are fitted with floor protectors (impact caps).
  • The two upholstery segments (headrest and main surface) each have a thickness of 64 mm.
  • If no height is specified when the order is placed, these examination tables will be supplied with a standard height of 650 mm (also available at no extra charge in heights of 700, 750 and 800 mm).
  • The headrest can be continuously adjusted up to +/- 30° and locked in place by a handle with a clamping rod mechanism.

The standard configuration includes:
  • Table legs with floor protectors (impact caps).

We offer the coloured lacquer coating of the frames as standard in the following three shades (see frame colour selection card):

  • light grey (RAL 7035)
  • white aluminum (RAL 9006)
  • pure white (RAL 9010).

The high quality finish has a glossy look. It is disinfectant resistant and easy to clean.

Other colours are of course also available. Please let us know the desired RAL colour so that we can find out the corresponding additional costs. Please note, however, that these products are then considered type variants with no right of return. 

The artificial leather covers we use are characterized by their tear resistance, durability, longevity and their good cleaning properties as well as their resistance to disinfectants.

We use a (colour) selection from the synthetic leather covers VOWAled Pisa (Vowalon). The colour selection card can be found here.

In addition, we offer you the service of manufacturing the upholstery in other colours or from other synthetic leather manufacturers (type variant). After prior agreement, please send us the relevant references.

The black electrically conductive synthetic leather cover (with equipotential bonding socket on the frame) is available at an additional cost. It is already included in the price of the operating tables and multifunction tables.

The following accessories are also available: all-around edge/impact protection, infusion stand, positioning aids, mobile base on castors, patient belts, removable or pivoting side guards, wall deflector rings in the four corners of the table.
