Successful product launch for AGA Sanitätsartikel - MEDICA 2012, Düsseldorf, Germany

After the timely release of our new website before MEDICA 2012, we presented our extensive product range not only virtually, but also in person during the four-day trade show in Düsseldorf. The family-owned company has been represented at this event for the last 35 years. "We are among the first companies who were there from the very beginning" said Achim Walter, Managing Director. From November 14 to 17, many visitors came to test AGA products and get advice from our dedicated and experienced team.

This year again, we displayed a cross-section of our diverse product range over 84 m². Our new operating table, the AGA-OP POWER-MAT with hydraulic height adjustment Interest has gotten particularly strong interest. This is a further development of our successful multi-function table AGA-POWER-MAT. The two models differ only in the type of height adjustment (electric vs. hydraulic). "We are pleased to report that we have received a number of specific requests from qualified professionals" explains sales manager Jörg Spannuth. "In addition, our XXL product line, which includes examination tables and blood collection chairs with a load capacity up to 300 kg, remains very popular".

The distribution of all products of AGA Sanitätsartikel GmbH worldwide is done exclusively through medical distributors and MEDICA is a unique opportunity to maintain professional contacts with resellers from around the world and develop new ones. This year we have had a lot of interested visitors from the Middle East, as well as from Eastern Europe. AGA products, with their high quality, many options and adjustment mechanisms, competitive price range, and customization possibilities, are used in doctors' offices, hospitals and nursing facilities in these regions, as well as in Africa and Asia.

"We are a manufacturer and all products and parts are Made in Germany- which is always well received, especially among visitors from Asia" explains Achim Walter. "After 37 years in business, we are well established in Germany and Europe, and focusing on expanding our customer base towards the east and south. To this end, we are building  a stronger online presence and expanding our network of distributors".
