1 - Collection and processing of data
Each access to our homepage and each download of a file on our website are logged. The storage of this information serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. What’s recorded: name of the file (page) visited, date and time of access, data volume transferred, notification of successful download, web browser and requesting domain. Additionally, the IP addresses of the computers are logged and stored for a maximum period of 30 days. A link between the system's IP address and any other data that would allow drawing conclusions about the user is not recorded. Please refer to our separate instructions for using the software Google Analytics in point 1b of this statement.
The website uses so-called ‘cookies’, but only to save the user's chosen language of the page. The cookies we use, called persistent cookies remain on your computer for up to 30 days and allow the recognition of your computer at your next visit to give you your language of choice directly. A cookie is a data file generated by your web server that is sent to the web browser you are using, and stored in a cookie file on the local machine. Cookies on your computer do no harm and do not contain viruses. You can prevent your web browser from accepting cookies. But this can adversely affect the functionality of our site. Our partner companies are not allowed to collect, process or use personal data on our website using cookies. b - Google Analytics
More information about privacy in Google Analytics can be found at
http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html . We point out that this website has been enhanced to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (known as IP-masking) to use Google Analytics code "gat._anonymizeIp();"
c - Facebook
Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white letter f on blue background or a thumb up icon) or the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”. For a full list of all social Plugins please see: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins. When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the website, enabling Facebook to receive information about your having accessed the respective page of our website.
Thus we have no influence on the data gathered by the plugin and inform you according to our state of knowledge: The embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. If you are logged into Facebook, your visit can be assigned to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking “Like”, or entering a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it. Even if you are not logged into Facebook, there is possibility that the plugins transmits your IP-address to Facebook.
If you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to connect the data concerning your visit to our website with your member data already stored by Facebook, please log off Facebook before entering our website.

You have the right to revoke your consent with future effect at any time, see item 3.
3 - Information and deletion
If we store your personal data, you can always ask for free information about this and if we are not legally obliged to store, request the deletion. The deletion of stored personal data is done if you withdraw your consent to its storage, if the storage is no longer necessary in order to fulfill the original purpose or if the storage is prohibited for other legal reasons.
