 Our basic
motivation in designing our AGA‑PROCTO-LIFT chair was to
delevop a chair that would allow patients to physically relax prior
to, during, and after the examination, and originated under a
collaboration with a well-known clinic.
The advantage of the type of examination to be described below is that
no dressing room is required.
Patients merely drop their trousers and sit on AGA‑PROCTO-LIFT
(see photo 1 seating height of 620 mm). The attending physician may
then drive AGA‑PROCTO-LIFT to the horizontal position.
Patients will remain relaxed, since they are unable to observe the
examination in progress.
The seat of our AGA‑PROCTO-LIFT chair may be dropped down to
the vertical position for examination (see photo 2).
The attending physician may then remove patients’ underpants to expose
their backsides.
Seat height and backrest tilt may be adjusted by a pair of electric
motors controlled by pneumatic footswitches in order to provide users
with ideal working conditions.
Drive specifications:
Dual 230 VAC, 50 Hz, 510 W, IP 55, v=14 mm/s, 7000N
Dual 230 VAC, 50 Hz, 510 W, IP 55, v=5,7 mm/s, 10000N

The ergonomic,
tapered (95mm -135 mm thick) upholstering on its backrest and extra
thick (70 mm) upholstering on its seat provide a very high degree of
seating comfort.
Our
AGA-PROCTO-LIFT’s all-inclusive price includes a pair of Göpel-type
securing straps, a pair of heelrests, a pair of armrests, a holder for a
paper dispenser, and a stainless steel pan.
The chair
AGA-PROCTO-LIFT is instead of heelrests (photo 1+2) available with
Göpel-type leg supports Article No.: BHG-600.
