During the development of our
AGA-PROCTO-LIFT in close co-operation with a well-known clinic, our
main attention was centred upon on how to effectively relax a patient’s
psyche not just before, but during and after an examination.
During the course of examination as described hereafter, an actual
changing room is not required.
Patients are seated onto the AGA-PROCTO-LIFT with their trousers
undone (see fig. 1; access height 620mm), thereafter the attending medical
practitioner brings the AGA-PROCTO-LIFT backrest into a horizontal
position. Since the patient is therefore unable to actually observe
further examination proceedings, they are then able to remain in a relaxed
state of mind.
The seat of the AGA-PROCTO-LIFT can then be dropped into a vertical
position (see fig. 2) with a simple hand movement to allow close
examination. Hereafter, the attending medical practitioner can remove the
patient’s underwear therefore enabling backside exposure.
Both seat height adjustability and backrest tilting are each individually
attained by independent, maintenance free electric motors with ultra
low-noise emission, controlled with the aid of separate pneumatic foot
switches enabling optimal user working conditions.
Drive specifications:
Dual 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz.,3,7 A, 850 W, IP 55, v=14 mm/s, 7000N
Dual 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz.,1,8 A, 360 W, IP 55, v=5,7 mm/s, 10000N

Different backrest
thickness ranging from 95mm at the lower end up to 135mm at the top in
conjunction with an 70mm thick upholstered seat provide a high degree
of comfortability, which is due to the use of various types of padded
foaming each with diverse thickness. Additionally, because of this
wedge-shaped backrest a separate neck bolster is not required.
The AGA-PROCTO-LIFT’s all-inclusive price comprises of a pair
of Göpel type fixing clamps, a pair of heel rests and a pair of
armrests, a stainless steel pan and a paper roll holder.
Instead of heel rests (article description FES-2000) the
AGA-PROCTO-LIFT can be supplied alternatively with Göpel type leg
rests BHG-600 (see page 85).
