This
type of blood donor chair is an indispensable aid in any medical
practise.
Article numbers BS-2000 (fig. 4) and BS-2000/1 (fig. 2) have an
aluminium five star-based polished finish, whereas article numbers
BS-1000 (fig. 3) and BS-1000/1 (fig. 1) have an aluminium five
star-based black finish.
Article numbers BS-2000 and BS-1000 are supplied each with two
armrests, whereas article numbers BS-2000/1 and BS-1000/1 are supplied
each with one armrest only.
The armrests are quick and easy to adjust in height, tilt and in
rotational directions and can be affixed rigid if so required.
The single armrest version is easily interchangeable onto the left or
right hand sides, since there are mounting brackets on either side of
the chair.
All chairs are rotatable as well as height adjustable from 420mm up to
540mm, since they are each fitted with a gas spring.
A locking device to disable the chairs rotability is available under
article description BSF.
All of these chairs are supplied with stepless height and tilt
adjustable backrests and are additionally available if required with
lockable double-castors fitted as an alternative at no extra charge
(please advise on order).

The blood donor stool BES-1046 is made from flat oval metal tubes and has
an upholstered seat, including upholstered back and armrests offering a
high degree of comfort. The overall seat height is approx. 500mm and the
distance between each wedge-shaped armrest is about 450mm. With order No.
BES-1046/INF the blood donor chair is delivered with two fixing clamps and
a stainless steel insusion holder, length 1720mm, with 4 hooks.

The reclining chair
depicted in fig. 6 under the article no. KL-1070/MAL is equipped with
an easy to use adjustment mechanism allowing an excellent degree of
relaxation.
This adjustment mechanism itself is situated underneath the reclining
chairs armrests and is actuated via the robust, plastic coated
footrest. The foot- and backrests are stepless adjustable with each
part moving simultaneously and therefore achieving a wide range of
comfortable reclining positions.
The frame is made from light steel tubes; weighs complete about 10kg
and can withstand patients weighing up to 140Kg.
Where space is limited, this reclining chair can be quickly and easily
folded, and subsequently stored after use (dimensions 1100x710x400 –
H/B/D).
This reclining chair has been additionally fitted with extremely
comfortable, extra soft upholstery to ensure maximum relaxation where
eventual cases of lengthy transfusion periods are necessary or where
radiation therapy is required.
Finally, a neck bolster is optionally available under article no.
HRM-14/KL.
