Standard
upholstery structure
Our box-section guides are rigid
and eliminate torsional distortions. Optimized gear ratios on
handwheel drives provide rapid, easy adjustments, even while patients
are in position. All models have four of AGA’s precision
dual-box-section guides arranged in pairs
Each pair of guides is linked by grooved shafts with pinions on each end.
These pinions engage racks on the inner surfaces of their inner box
sections. This type of design eliminates binding when handwheels,
hydraulic or electric motors are used for height adjustments. All of AGA’s
precision dual-box-section guides run on ball bearings.

All models have seamless
upholstered surfaces as standard for easy, hygienic cleaning in
everyday use.
Their upholstered surfaces are fastened to their frames by metric
Allen-head screws screwed into captive nuts set into plywood,
pressboard or coreboard baseplates.
Upholstery thicknesses range from 30 mm to 140 mm.
Replacement
Company AGA Sanitätsartikel GmbH
obliges replacement for a period of three years. During this time all
repairs due to defective material or poor workmanship shall be carried
out by us at no charge. Period starts from invoice date.
Excluded are all defects, failures or malfunction due to:
a) improper installation or storage or failure to comply with the
instructions appearing in instruction manuals,
b) improper operation or abuse, such as employment of unsuitable
cleaning agents,
c) damage due to external influences, such as shipping damage, damage
due to shocks or impacts, and damage due to weather conditions or
natural phenomena, such as rusting due to condensation forming as a
result of large temperature variations, or
d) unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Special Manufactures
Any change in dimensions, whether in
height, breadth or depth, will be charged extra, based on the next largest
couch which will be reduced to the required size.
Example: If a 75 cm broad couch is required, the next largest size (= 80
cm wide couch) will be charged.
All Special manufactured products, cannot be returned, except under
warranty conditons.
All products are subject to technical changes.
